Ijeoma Ezeofor Harris, PhD, MPH is a licensed psychologist with several years of experience providing psychotherapy; clinical assessment; and life skills training. Presently, Ijeoma brings that experience to her work as a psychologist with the California Department of State Hospitals. Prior to joining the Department of State Hospitals, Ijeoma worked as a consultant to philanthropic and nonprofit institutions seeking to make social changes in service of individual and community well-being. Ijeoma obtained her PhD from the University of Maryland and has degrees from Harvard, NYU, and MIT.
Ijeoma has been a member of the Tomberg Family Philanthropies Advisory Board since 2021.
