Alex Vrazo is a global public health professional with nearly two decades of experience advancing health equity through community-based initiatives and scientific research. Alex spent nearly a decade at USAID in HIV programs, where she provided technical assistance, developed strategic partnerships, and supported investments to improve health outcomes for women, children, and adolescents. Alex’s prior work spans scientific research, community health, economic empowerment and resilience, and local capacity strengthening. Alex obtained her PhD and MPH from Northwestern University, and her BS from the University of Bristol, UK.
