The New Edition of “Where There Is No Doctor”
The entirely new revised version (21st edition) of Where There Is No Doctor, is the organization’s classic publication, which has been internationally recognized and utilized for decades to promote community health. The new version titled New Where There is No Doctor (NWTND) will be a dramatically improved resource that speaks to current and evolving health needs of a significantly changed world. Recent formal studies of impact by Johns Hopkins and New York University teams show that each copy of their books is shared with an average of 60 people. Of those surveyed, 49% reported that the book motivated them to participate in a health-related project.
